Fees
Clear fees, all set upfront
Lenders set their own APR and loan terms, and borrowers see them before they commit. Posting a listing is free, withdrawals cost nothing, and the protocol fee will be set at launch and published on this page, so there is nothing hidden or left to guess.

Fee FAQs
Who sets the interest rate?
The lender does. Every listing has a fixed APR chosen by the lender when they post it, and it stays the same for the life of the loan.
Borrowers see the APR, the loan duration, the accepted stocks and the max LTV for each stock before they take a loan, so the cost of borrowing is clear before anything is signed. There is no variable rate and no pool deciding it for you.
Real world lending example
A lender posts 1 SOL at 8% APR for 30 days and accepts NVDA with a max LTV of 50%. A borrower posts enough NVDA to stay under that limit and receives 1 SOL instantly.
If the borrower repays on day 29, they pay back about 1.0064 SOL plus the network fee and their NVDA is released. If they do not repay by the due date, or the loan crosses its liquidation LTV, the NVDA is credited to the lender.
If you want to try it with your own numbers, you can post a listing here.
What does it cost to post a listing?
Nothing. Posting a listing is free. You only pay the Solana network fee, a fraction of a cent in SOL, for the deposits you send.
Is there a protocol fee on top of the lender’s APR and the network fee?
Protocol fee: set at launch.
The fee has not been decided yet. This page will be updated with the final number, and the app will show every fee before you confirm a listing or a loan.
The other costs on this page are the lender’s APR and the Solana network fee paid in SOL.
Can I withdraw my funds anytime, and what does a withdrawal cost?
Yes. Any balance that is not tied up in an active loan can be withdrawn whenever you like. Withdrawals are free, Peerly pays the network fee.
Funds that are lent out, or stocks posted as collateral, become available again once the loan is repaid or settled.
